Planet Philanthropy is the annual statewide conference presented by the Association of Fundraising Professionals Florida Caucus.

    Anna Ettin

    Diversity & Inclusion Consultant

    Anna Ettin is a Diversity & Inclusion Consultant focused on strategy and operations for Bank of America’s 11 Employee Networks, with more than 250 chapters. She provides coaching, development, resources and tools for more than 3,500 leaders supporting more than 105,000 memberships in 34 countries around the world. Anna joined Bank of America in 2001 as a teller and spent several years as a call center manager, as well as almost a decade in learning and leadership development consulting. She co-founded a local chapter of the company’s women’s leadership group in 2008; in the following five years, she held multiple enterprise-level roles and launched the first-ever virtual chapter. In 2012, she co-founded the Inter-Generational Employee Network (IGEN). As enterprise co-leader, she develops and drives the network strategy and provides consulting for lines of business on generational diversity initiatives and impacts. The network has already grown to 23 chapters and more than 10,000 members! She has been recognized with four Global Diversity and Inclusion Awards: in 2010 for efforts with LEAD for Women; in 2013 and 2016, for the creation and leadership of Inter-Generational Employee Network (IGEN); and in 2017 for her work with local leaders to drive inclusion. Anna is a frequently requested speaker for topics such as networking, social styles and generational diversity. She maintains many active mentoring relationships across the company. Anna resides in Winston-Salem, NC, with her daughter and dog. She is an active volunteer for local efforts to end homelessness, is pursuing a degree in Race & Ethnicity Studies at Salem College, and is working on several craft projects.

    Scott R. Lange

    CEO of Jerold Panas, Linzy & Partners

    Scott has over 30 years of experience in fundraising, building philanthropy programs, managing campaigns and providing strategic counsel. Among others, he helped inaugurate the modern development programs at the University of Missouri and The Cleveland Clinic Foundation. Scott started a small software company and combined that business and technology experience while working as a consultant with a leading firm in higher education and healthcare. Scott’s innovations include applying the results of electronic screening to business planning and forecasting. He has been involved in campaigns ranging from $15 Million to $1 Billion. Active in the profession, Scott earned the Crystal Apple Award from CASE for excellence in teaching and served on multiple boards. He earned a political science degree from Gettysburg College. Scott has two grown children, one grandson and resides with his wife in Chagrin Falls, Ohio.
