We are pleased to kick off our Virtual Education Series this month featuring Planet Philanthropy presenters and volunteer leadership as part of our ongoing commitment to those attendees currently registered for the conference.  In addition,  we will have two webinars that will be open to the public.  Please see the Virtual Education Tab under Planet Philanthropy for dates and information on how to register for these free webinars. 

RFP Process Open for Planet Philanthropy 2021

We are seeking proposals for educational session presentations for the Planet Philanthropy 2021 Conference to be held in Orlando, Florida June 6-8, 2021 at the Caribe Royale.  The Education Programs will be organized into workshop sessions on June 7 & 8 and then divided among tracks based on target audience and the following subjects:  

  • Annual Giving & Direct Mail 
  • Major Gifts & Prospect Development
  • Marketing & Social Media
  • Planned Giving & Grant Writing
  • Special Events & Trends in Philanthropy
  • Stewardship & Donor Relations

 Proposals are due by TUESDAY, DECEMBER 15, 2020 by 9:00 p.m., EST.

Planet Philanthropy is the premier fundraising conference for Florida!

Attendees come from Miami to Jacksonville, Pensacola to Orlando and Tampa and everywhere in between! The conference also attracts fundraisers from all over the country and Puerto Rico. On average, over 400 nonprofit leaders from various organizations ranging from social services, education, health, religious, the arts and much more will join us to learn about the latest and greatest resources to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Early bird registration will close on February 29, 2020.

Online registration will close on Friday, May 22, 2020.

Onsite registration will be available beginning Sunday, June 7, at 1:00 PM. Please contact in advance if you plan to register onsite.

Multiple Attendees

When purchasing multiple tickets for attendees, the main contact will receive an email with instructions to forward to the additional attendees in order for them to complete their own registration using the code provided.

Group Discounts

Register five people from your organization and the sixth person is FREE!

No conference scholarships are available through AFP Florida. Please consult your local AFP chapter for further information about the scholarships the chapter might offer.
