Dear Planet Philanthropy Friends,

The 2021 Planet Philanthropy Conference is a wrap! It was wonderful to see everyone in person! We hope you all enjoyed the Keynotes, educational sessions, connecting with our exhibitors and reconnecting with your peers from across the State.  

Thank you our amazing Conference Committee for working so diligently to put together the conference. One like this has so many pieces.  Components like logistics, sponsorship, exhibit hall, education, socials, communications/social media and administrative/website take months of planning and meetings (and in this case even more with regrouping after 2020).  Over 800 cumulative committee volunteers hours went into Planet Philanthropy this year. Thank you again to everyone involved. We truly appreciate all your hard work and efforts.

On Tuesday, June 15th we hosted a webinar/panel discussion on findings from The Giving Institute’s Giving USA Report  along with Qgiv, Neon One and DonorSearch.  Attendees heard the impact 2020 had on Florida fundraising, and strategies our Florida-based peers are implementing to achieve success.      For those who missed the webinar, here is the link to the  meeting recording   Access Passcode: 17zB+1%G

Planet Philanthropy is the premier fundraising conference for Florida!

Attendees come from Miami to Jacksonville, Pensacola to Orlando and Tampa and everywhere in between! The conference also attracts fundraisers from all over the country and Puerto Rico. On average, over 300 nonprofit leaders from various organizations ranging from social services, education, health, religious, the arts and much more will join us to learn about the latest and greatest resources to enhance their knowledge and skills.

Monday Night Social

Our Monday night special event at Planet Philanthropy will be held at the SeaWorld Wild Arctic Display. Your ticket includes access to the Beluga Whale, Leopard Seal and Walrus Exhibits, Personal Animal Educator, Open Bar, Hors d’oeuvres, private access to the Gift Shop, and Parking at SeaWorld.

This Special Event is Sponsored by The Winkler Group and is open to Planet Philanthropy attendees, guests and family. Tickets are only $50 per person through May 21st.

*Transportation to SeaWorld will not be provided. Attendees will be responsible for their own transportation to and from the event. SeaWorld is approximately 10-15 minutes from the Caribe Royale.

Tickets are required and are NOT included in your Planet Philanthropy registration. Conference attendees should purchase tickets for all non-conference guests.

Conference Information 

We look forward to hosting Planet Philanthropy in person June 6-8, 2021. We are working with the Caribe Royale to provide a conference that you can feel comfortable attending.  Our  conference planning committee is consulting with the venue and event industry associations to incorporate best practices for health and safety, as well the recommendations of public health experts and standards set by the federal, state and local governments to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Attendees will have a shared role in providing a safe and healthy environment whereby agreeing to take specific precautions while at the conference such as wearing a mask at all times in public areas, engaging in appropriate social distancing, and avoiding risky environments like crowded bars. They also agree not to attend if they are ill or had recent exposure to a COVID-19 case. 

Registration Deadlines

Online registration will close on Friday, May 21, 2021.

Onsite registration will be available beginning Sunday, June 6, at 1:00 PM. Please contact Debbie at in advance if you plan to register onsite.

Multiple Attendees

When purchasing multiple tickets for attendees, the main contact will receive an email with instructions to forward to the additional attendees in order for them to complete their own registration using the code provided.
